You may also print a copy of the appropriate Application Form described below. Simply complete, sign and fax the application to Industrial Credit Corporation. We will be in contact with you within one business day of receipt.

If you prefer to fax us the application instead of submitting it online, you can print a copy of the Lease Application - Commercial form and enclose with your fax. For Companies: PRINT A COPY of the Lease Application - Commercial form and enclose with your fax, Company Financial Statements showing 3 fiscal year ends.
